王成刚，男，1964年8月生，博士学历，华中师范大学化学学院副教授。主要从事无机化学、配位化学等方面的教学和研究。主讲的本科生课程有《无机化学》，《普通化学原理》，《中级无机化学》，《无机化学实验》，《中级无机化学实验》等；主讲的研究生课程有《配位化学》，《高等无机化学》，《X-射线晶体学》。在工作和学习期间，参加了多项国家自然科学基金和湖北省自然科学基金项目的研究工作，主持完成一项湖北省自然科学基金项目研究工作。研究工作涉及固体化学，生物活性配合物，光、电功能配合物，侧重于合成、结构、性质和功能研究等方面。

人物经历

1983年和1986年在武汉大学化学系分别获得学士学位和硕士学位，2004年12月在武汉大学获博士学位。1986年7月至今在华中师范大学化学学院任教。

研究方向

研究方向为配位化学。目前主要研究内容是设计、合成具有新结构新功能的配合物，研究它们的性质、结构，总结结构与功能间的关系，开发具有应用前景的光电功能材料、配位催化材料、生物活性材料等。

1. 参与两个国家自然科学基金项目“有机分子磁体的构筑和性质”和“过渡金属-单壁碳纳米管杂化材料”的研究工作；

2. 主持两项横向项目“炼钢电弧炉烟尘处理”和“新型金属表面处理剂”的研究工作。
