刘朝晖，华东理工大学教授，硕士研究生指导教师，生于重庆，1998年6月于华东理工大学应用数学研究所获博士学位。现任华东理工大学理学院副院长，上海市运筹学会秘书长，中国运筹学会排序分会委员。

1988年9月-1992年6月就读于复旦大学运筹学专业，获学士学位；
1992年9月-1998年6月就读于华东理工大学应用数学专业，获硕士、博士学位；
1998年7月就职于华东理工大学数学系；
1999年10月-2000年10月在香港理工大学管理学系进行合作研究；
2001年8月-2003年8月在香港理工大学管理学系、物流学系进行博士后研究；
2005年7-9月在香港理工大学物流学系进行合作研究。[1]
在教学方面，从事本科生高等数学、运筹学、数学模型等课程，研究生优化系列课程的教学，指导大学生参加全国和国际大学生数学建模竞赛，并多次获奖。
主要研究方向
组合最优化，排序理论及应用。
