注：我复制从JDK / lib中的tools.jar到JRE / lib目录后，一些研究在互联网上。没有工作。

Note 2: I give the command "cd C:Usersbarisa.cordovalibandroidcordova3.4.0bin" There is a check_reqs file in that folder. However if i type $ chek_reqs in the command line it says "check_reqs is not recognized as an internal or external command ...."

注3：我右键点击打开命令propmt（CMD） - >运行作为管理员我应该怎么办？
